Are Jcpenney Salons good?

I'm thinking of getting my hair cut at the Jcpenny salon, is it good? I was going to get it done at supercuts, but I've heard bad reviews.





I just want to even out my layers a bit and to get side bangs.

if your wanting your hair like that then i wouldn't go to jcp.... my sister whent there to get layers and hair even and they did a really bad job but she has long hair and stuff but they do good on short hair... if i was you i would go to a more professional place to get your hair cut...
