my natural hair color is medium brown, 3 months ago i dyed it dark brown and it turned black... so now i want to get the color out without bleaching it..i just want to remove the color as safe as possible without damaging it ..does the remover actually work?Does Salon Care color remover from sallys beauty work?
Yes Color Oops is also a great option and one many people I know have used. If you go into Sally's ask the clerk for some help pointing you in the right direction and they will be more than glad to help ya and will be able to look at your hair and take ya to the product you need.
