I need to get my hair styled for an event and everywhere seems really expensive! Does anyone know of any really cheap places for like an updo for an event? NOT haircuts just styling. Cheapest hair salons?
You should be able to get this done at a beauty college. Ask for a student who is about to graduate because they have the most experience. You should be able to get it done for under $30.Cheapest hair salons?
