Do u know of a salon that has permanent blue hair dye?

i want to get blue tips but the hair salon i normally go to doesn't do it. Do u know of a salon that has permanent blue hair dye?
as an added response to Mannequin's- although you may not find a ';permanent'; blue, you will most surely find that any blue dye will permanantly dye your hair a blue hue until it is either cut, grown out, or bleached.


All color requires touch ups and maintenance. I would say that you would not have a hard time finding a salon that can do this for you with visits every 2-3 months for them to keep this color bright and beautiful for you. Do u know of a salon that has permanent blue hair dye?

All crazy colors are non permanent. There's no such thing as a permanent one.
I don't know where you live, but you should call up all the salons in your area and ask if they have blue hair dye.
