Yes, I see pregnant women in them ALL the time and not just for nails. As long as you aren't breathing the chemicals on a daily basis you are fine! If you want to take procautions just wear a mask like some of the nail techs do!
it is safe. But if you dont feel confortable ask if you can have a mask to cover your nose and mouth. Ive seen a pregnant lady with a mask over her nose and mouth while getting her nails done.
mmm i dont think it would be wise to inhale all that nail dust and chemical smell... but i guess i wouldn't do it. besides if you plan to keep them up its not safe with the baby since you can scratch the baby and fake nails store alot of bacteria under them
