It depends on what kind of color you want and the condition of your hair. It's not a good idea to perm and do a lot of highlighting, but if both the perm and the color are good products and are gentle on your hair then there's no reason you can't do both in the same visit. If one of those processes damages your hair a lot, then waiting a week or two before doing the other one isn't going to make a difference. The only reason you wouldn't get both done the same day is if you don't like the idea of being in the salon for 4-5 hours. Just make sure you go to a good salon that will be able to tell you if your hair can handle both a perm and color.
i think it is possible but it will RUIN yur hair soo dont take that risk goo another time to dye your hair or perm it . :)
