Do salon facials make a difference? I have some brown blackheads on my nose, and some pigmentation from old spots. And I have freckles over my nose and cheeks. Other than that my skin is ok.

Im guessing it is NOT worth the money. 22 pounds is a LOT of money. In Canada that is equal to ABOUT 45 dollars which is pretty pricey for some goup on your face. There are LOTS of facials you could make yourself that cost a mere fraction of that price and pretty much do the same there. Google good facial mask mixtures. Some good things to have in a mixture though is oatmeal (dry oatmeal that has been put through the blender first, the whole flakes are too big) or some Cream of Wheat mix. Anything grainy will do. This serves as an exfoliant to remove dead skin cells that may be trapping excess oils or infections under your skin. Then you could either put some honey or an egg in if you have dry skin or if you just want to keep your skin moist.





Always see if there is something you can do yourself or a facial you can pick up cheap somewhere (such as Wal Mart) before spending too much on the proffessional ones because chances are they will do the same thing.
