First, get rid of buildup with a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar %26amp; water. That will get rid of any unwanted wax/grease stuck to your hair, leaving it fresh, clean and soft. You can do this every month or so. Any apple cider vinegar is very cheap.





Afterwards, wash your hair out with a good shampoo/conditioner (Whichever you think is best for your hair)

There are three places you can ask and buy from. Most hairderesser sell an expensive but good quality conditioner and shampoo, I like the conditioner that my L'real Hair color has and I have their #1-800-631-7358 and ask if they sell the conditioner used in their haircolors. The phone # is on the box if you prefer another brand. Try going to a hair and nail store that sells products that the professionals buy from.





I take royal jelly vitamins and brush my hair more than once a day as my hairdresser's advise. It not only permotes hair growth but distributes the oils from your scalp throughout your hair and I use the excess conditioner from my haircolors and I've been told my hair shines - especially on a bright day. Do not use a bristle brush and if your hair is snarled brush from the bottom down first. Split ends will dull your hair. I should know. I have long hair past my butt and trim split ends regularly. Hopes this helps you.
When blow drying, hold the hair dryer high above your head pointing down, always! It hurts your arm after a while but it really makes a difference!


Buy shine spray for when your straightening... Spray it on every layer before using the straighteners on it!

use the new pantene ice range they are amazing, a miricle in a bottle, thier brilliant then blowdry your hair and style as usual its amazing stuff, also put some mouse on your roots justr before drying,

you gotta buy some good shampoo and conditioner (seperate 2 in 1 not that great) and blow dry it really nice!
